"Tyler was awesome to work with. He was quick to get tasks completed. He was clear and open about the market and how our home fit into current trends. His suggestions for pricing and preparing the home for sale were spot on as the home had an offer within days of listing. All through offers and closing he helped with finding resources to deal with minor repairs and other items that were not directly part of selling the house. I would highly recommend Tyler to anyone even thinking about selling or buying a home!"

"Tyler is a very engaging and conscientious person, and it shows in his work. We put IMMENSE pressure on him to get our existing house sold, and that could not have been easy for him. With that said, he was diligent on the traditional open houses, relisting to refresh the MLS, and signage, but was not as dynamic as we would have liked in targeted marketing across the country, seeking potential buyers that may want to move to the area, speculators, or short-term owners. As it turns out, that was the eventual buyer, but brought to us by THEIR agent. We also pushed for a collaborative effort with other Berkshire Hathaway offices across the country and there didn't seem to be a great deal of interest in using the parent company's resources or scope.On the purchase of our new house, we were negotiating aggressively and across multiple potential homes, and Tyler handled this and our eventual purchase very well. Plenty of added-value support from Tyler and Michelle."

"Tyler was wonderful to work with. He always made our schedule work even though we were from out of town and had limited availability to see homes. Was always super helpful with any questions we had and made things happen fast throughout the process. I've worked with other realtors who weren't as ready to help. Never a problem with Tyler.
